& PL-02 Light Module and Power Conditioner. Incorrect internal wiring
may cause an electrical fire. If you purchased a PL-01 or PL-02 that
has the ETL logo (logo shown below) on the rear panel, stop using the
product immediately, and  call our Customer Service (toll-free) at
1-866-449-1200 between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm ET Monday through
Friday, or email info@gci-technologies.com to arrange for your unit
to be returned for a minor modification or replacement.
Customers should NOT return the unit to the place of purchase.
